The Project & Development Services team offer a full suite of offerings from Project Management, Cost Management, Building Consultancy, MEP Design, Workplace, Interior Design, Programme Management Office (PMO) and Design & Build to our clients.This position will focus on contributing to the continued growth of the Project & Development Services (PDS) division which has more than doubled top line revenue since 2016. There is a road map in place to double the size of the division again and fundamental to that growth plan is the success of the Client Services division of PDS in APAC. The Client Services Manager is an active team member who will be first and foremost supporting the market facing sales PDS personnel responsible for sales in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
As a market facing leader in the PDS service line for the region, this role maintains critical relationships at local, regional and global levels and represents the Cushman & Wakefield brand in the industry.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain a significant, visible and respected Client Services presence within the PDS structure in APAC focusing on the sales activity of Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Work closely with Client Services sales team members to provide support in strategic sales activity.
- Lead and manage bid/submission activity for proposals and presentations for Singapore and Southeast Asia and selected Regional opportunities. This will include, but not limited to, implementation of PDS workflow in bid management, implementation of best practice in submission production, managing key personnel involved in the technical inputs of the project delivery, developing innovative and impactful submissions and manage timelines and material required for submission and pitch responses.
- Work with Regional Senior Director and/or PMO Director in developing, contributing and responding to Regional and Global submissions working with EMEA and US based counterparts as they occur.
- Develop and maintain a variety of templates required associated with all PDS submission and presentations, adaptable by country and specialist practice groups within PDS.
- Collaborate with an impactful network of personnel across APAC region responsible for day to day in-country submission activity and conduct training programmes as necessary.
- Develop and maintain material held within ONEPDS Sharepoint and Synapse sites.
- Lead, maintain and assist in the development of market facing collateral such as capability statements, presentation decks and ad hoc market facing initiatives.
- Lead, maintain and produce internal marketing initiatives such as materials for PDS Impact, PDS by the Numbers and Connect features
- Maintain awareness of new industry developments, the external competitive landscape, opportunities for growth, client trends and market dynamics.
- Actively advocate the ONEPDS ethos across the PDS service line and to wider Cushman & Wakefield service lines.
Requirements
- A background in the built environment industry and/or sales support in multi-National organization.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience as part of a proposal team or to have been personally responsible for writing/managing proposals.
