Client Finance Team Manager
Location – Birmingham

Cushman & Wakefield are recruiting for a Client Finance Team Manager to sit within our Asset Services Client Finance team.

As the Client Finance Team Manager, you will manage a team of finance and accounting professionals, supporting them with their development, team objectives and that their KPI’s are met and delivered to the best of their ability.

You will act as the focal point for communication between the Client Finance senior management team, the wider property management stakeholders, our clients and the Client Finance team.

At this level you will be leading the team, co-ordinating day-today activity and providing support in identifying problem areas, conducting analysis, and removing obstacles.

Accountable for ensuring that quality and service standards are met through active performance management routines.

Own the forecasting of demand and resource in your team and support the Head of Client Finance Operations in achieving the department goals and objectives. Having responsibility for the process improvement and implementation of solutions.

Knowledge & Experience:

* Experience of operating within property finance, finance, accounting or in an environment which handles client monies.
* Significant experience of delivering key performance standards through people.
* A proven leader with demonstrable experience of developing and maintaining high performing teams.
* Significant experience of managing within a client facing function, with experience of leading client meetings and/or negotiations.
* Use of property management accounting systems would be desirable, (preferably Tramps or Yardi).

It would also be beneficial if you had knowledge of:

* Our internal MOJO system and or Lease knowledge / Lease reading
* An understanding or involvement in Ad hoc, Monthly, Quarterly fee’s raising for clients
* The fee raises and invoice process in Workday
