Cushman & Wakefield è alla ricerca di un Client Finance Analyst da inserire allâinterno dellâAsset Services Department (Property Management) per una sostituzione maternità .Job Description
La risorsa si occuperà di supportare i Senior Accountant nella gestione amministrativa del loro portafoglio di immobili. In particolare:
- Emissione ed invio della documentazione fiscale (fatture/note di accredito) per conto dei Clienti relativamente a canoni di affitto e service charge (ove applicabile) attraverso il cassetto fiscale del cliente;
- Fatturazione dellâimposta di registro e dellâadeguamento ISTAT secondo quanto stabilito dal contratto di locazione/affitto;
- Registrazione incassi e sollecito della morosità in accordo con il Senior Accountant e le procedure interne;
- Registrazione dei documenti (fatture e note credito) nel sistema gestionale interno;
- Gestione del processo autorizzativo interno, verifica e registrazione dei pagamenti;
- Predisposizione dei pagamenti e relativa documentazione;
- Supporto rapporti con fornitori.
Skills e competenze richieste:
- Diploma ragioneria e/o laurea in economia o affini
- Competenze di base contabili
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed italiana
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel)
- Costituisce un âplusâ una pregressa esperienza nel settore del Real Estate / Property Management
