We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Asset Services team, this is a key position within the business and the role of Client Account Director will see you support a number of high-profile accounts.
You will work alongside a key client in a dynamic fast changing industry which will expose you to a wide variety of property types, processes, transactions, and people. This opportunity will allow you to grow exponentially as Cushman and Wakefield seek to develop and grow the offerings and revenues of both the account and Fund representation more generally.
The role will have autonomy to manage the day-to-day interactions with the client and internal Cushman and Wakefield teams nationally in seeking to deliver service excellence.
There is a very exciting opportunity to implement transformational “next generation” Property Management services on this account and so an innovative approach will be required.
Core Responsibilities:
* Leading a 12 strong team and matrix management of national Property Managers, Client Finance and Facilities Management service
* Project management of related projects such as mobilisations, technology transfers etc
* Identifying opportunities to continuously improve our processes
* Develop an understanding of your client’s property portfolios and the key issues that will impact each property type – Retail, Industrial, Offices, Leisure, Technology.
* Business winning focussed primarily on the larger Funds
Qualifications:
* RICS qualification or similar with professional body
Knowledge & Experience:
* Client relationship management of similar fund accounts, ability to cultivate enduring and trusting relationships
* Process improvement to increase efficiency and / or service levels.
* General practice background for either a corporate, public sector or private practice
* Experience of working in a large practice and/or corporate environment could be advantageous
* Rounded experience of general surveying skills – not restricted to a narrow practice area
* Exceptional level of experience selling successfully to clients
* Strong financial and commercial awareness
