C&W Services is seeking a highly competent and innovative candidate to lead our Clean Room Janitorial Team in Essex Junction, VT. Working within a production manufacturing setting, the successful candidate will lead and represent all clean room shifts on various subject matters and operate under the direction of the site Account ManagerJob Description:
- Understand the client Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure it is executed and complied with
- Understand operational goals, communicate them to the employees on shift and lead them to meet those goals
- Follow agreed business processes and company standards for supervising, training, motivating, continuously improving performance, and rewarding direct reports
- Actively support and maintain a safe working environment and culture by teaching, training, and monitoring the use of established company safety programs
- Identify and communicate opportunities to optimize business processes and automation for lower cost and higher productivity
- Ability and willingness to alter schedule as needed for in support of training, coverage, and off-shift meetings
- Additional duties as requested Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position leads and supervises team members across multiple shifts

Special Requirements
Required to wear clean room gowning. Must maintain a professional image at all times. Also required to wear safety equipment and clothing when appropriate and/or required
Education and/or Experience
Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred. Knowledge of MS Office Suite. Experience working in a clean room environment is a plus
