We’re looking for highly skilled customer service representatives to join our team, managing inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and interaction with a friendly, helpful approach.
As a customer service representative, you’ll have the chance to make the biggest difference in our customers’ lives. Whether you’re taking calls or replying to emails, you’ll be the face & voice of C&W’s promise of exceptional service.
The ideal candidate must have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, he or she will be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’/ ‘N’ Level or above or other equivalent certifications
- Fluent in English with the ability to speak one other language will be an advantage
- Possess relevant experience in call centre or customer service environment preferred
- Able to work on 3 rotating shifts (8 hours per shift), 5 days including weekends and public holidays
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Know how to genuinely have fun in an environment charged with people energy!
