Business Systems Analyst – GALOP

The Business Analyst will assist in implementing programs, projects, and initiatives within the GALOP Platform. In addition, this candidate will be instrumental in trailblazing new processes and procedures for the international property management within countries all over the world.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Becomes a subject matter expert for the GALOP platform
  • Evaluates, recommends, and develops business process improvements and enhancements, including developing detailed process diagrams, charts, and project plans from concept through implementation while paying particular attention to the Company “Global Standards” and the individual country requirements
  • Conducts detailed needs assessments for proposing systems and/or business solutions by communicating with senior business leaders, team members, and others, and researching technology and systems options that align with the Company’s technology and systems needs and strategies.
  • Completes evaluation and troubleshooting systems support escalations, working with various business groups and/or software vendors to facilitate resolution. Identifies repetitive pain points through helpdesk monthly reporting.
  • Ability to contribute to property implementations and migrations in GALOP Platform.
  • Assist with gathering system requirements, design, development, testing, and system roll-out, including preparing senior management reporting on results.
  • Has experience developing training and can assist the Digital Adoption Specialist with detailing end user process to be documented in WALKME.
  • Analyzes the acceptance of the GALOP system internationally and assist with developing programs to increase platform adoption.
  • Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports, and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to executive and senior managers, team members, and internal and external clients, business contacts, and customers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Company’s computer programming platforms, operating systems, property management systems, word processing, , spreadsheet, and PowerPoint presentation programs.
  • Employee history that demonstrates proficiency in analyzing and developing solutions to problems.
  • General understanding of the real estate industry, in particular multi-family housing and third-party management, to relate financial and operating analyses to practical business solutions and process improvements.
  • College degree in Information Systems or related field, accounting, or finance and/or equivalent experience.

    Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
