Job Description Summary

DTZ Investors are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team in a Business and Fund Operational Support role.
This is a pivotal role, working closely with the Account Manager, as well as the Operations, Finance and Fund management teams that sit not only within DTZ, but Cushman and Wakefield Asset Services and Functions teams too.

Job Description

This role oversees key operational and financial process, whilst assisting with the growth and development of the business and its overall performance as a whole.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Dealing with ad-hoc information requests.
  • Attend monthly management account review meetings and draft summary documents for review on a monthly basis.

  • Populate lease incentive template on a monthly basis for clients using up-to-date lease information

  • Obtain required data and figures from Fund Analysts and Fund Accounting Manager and populate templates.
  • Manage submission of templates onto the relevant online portals.
  • Management and processing of Purchase Order Management control system
  • Where necessary, ensure training of staff and ongoing compliance with company vendor policies and practices
  • Participating in testing new system changes as and when required
  • Act as first point of contact for Financial Service Centre
  • Assist the business with administration tasks for billing
  • Debt management – Consult with Directors and the Finance department of clients, as needed.
  • Maintain, monitor the payment of invoices
  • Production of client invoices on Workday
  • Where necessary, ensure training of new staff on core business processes
  • Work with the business to facilitate conflict checks.
  • Support and work with business to ensure job set up is undertaken to aid AML/KYC requirements

We’re looking for somebody who is confident and experienced in administrative management, has previously worked within an operational role and maintains strong verbal and written skills.

Ideally the candidate will be proficient using all Microsoft programmes (Excel, MS Word, Outlook), and can demonstrate capabilities within database work, stakeholder engagement, and is comfortable working independently, as well as within a team.
