Job Description Summary

The Brokerage Specialist will learn the commercial real estate brokerage business by supporting the sales & marketing efforts of a brokerage team. This position is responsible for support and management of client service activities such as pitch and proposals, transaction support and lead generation. The Brokerage Specialist will interact with various departments within the organization on behalf of the fee-earner to ensure they are able to meet the needs of their clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trainee for industrial real estate brokerage team
• Manage database
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative support to meet listing needs
• Provide sales and deal support
• Interact with current and prospective clients

Qualifications:

• 1+ years real estate industry experience or experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience
• California Real Estate Salesperson license
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders
• Self-motivated but works well in a group environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
