Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Works with South Florida Industrial Team to fulfill all research requests

• Proactively and routinely updates and manages team database(s)
• Contributes to local market thought leadership
• Participates in development of team requests for research information for pitch and/or proposal materials
• Attends, participates in, and presents market information and quarterly updates at internal sales meetings
• Provides property level analytics to fee-earners
• This position will require gathering property information through outbound

Background and Experience

Demonstrated experience should include:

• 1-3 years’ experience in real estate industry or business environment
• Database operation: ability to efficiently and accurately update and audit data
• Intellectual curiosity: desire to invest time and energy in CRE knowledge
• Highly detail-oriented
• Proficient in Excel
• Communication: articulate with strong oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative: team player
• Accountability/ownership
• Resourcefulness/initiative: ability to successfully resolve problems with minimal direction
• Work ethic: proactively gather information and confirm accuracy; tenacity to go above and beyond
