Associate, Talent Attraction & Branding
Marketing degree and 3-5 years experience with Social Media, LinkedIn and Canva needed.
This position is responsible for leading the execution of internal and external employer brand marketing strategies that promote the Greystar Pillars of Excellence and Core Values while growing the company’s brand presence and reputation within highly competitive diverse talent landscapes, leading to a diverse group of talent pipelines serving the current and future needs of a growing business.JOB DESCRIPTION
* Development, design, and execution of Greystar’s employer brand presence in the US talent attraction channels like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
* Ensure consistent use of Greystar(tm) brand standards in all employer brand marketing. Those standards are domain of the Brand and Corporate Communications teams so partnership with those areas and compliance with their guidance is the fundamental responsibility of this role and the lens from which all content and creative will be produced.
* Conduct consistent market and campaign needs assessments in consultation with the Talent Advisor team members and Line of Business stakeholders in order to create, modify or enhance, and ultimately implement campaigns.
* Act as broker/agent between Greystar Brand and Corporate Communications teams to leverage content to benefit the attraction strategy and support the Talent Advisor team members.
* Oversees Candidate Relationship Management platform ensuring design and function meets diverse talent pipeline development needs.
* Drive unique attraction campaigns and segmentation addressing both active and passive candidate pools that effectively points talent into Greystar’s onsite and corporate openings.
* Develops, implements, and monitors systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the talent attraction function and evaluates the business impact of talent attraction activities.
* Partner with other members of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to incubate and develop creative solutions aligned to address business objectives.
* Participates in the business planning and budgeting process by recommending talent attraction and branding strategies aligned with the company’s EVP, brand and business imperatives.
* Optimize platform, vendor relationships, and programs to consistent drive demonstratable return on investment.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
