Due to an expanding relationship with a key client, we now have a new opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated individuals, who are passionate about fostering local communities through property management and delivering an excellent service to occupiers, visitors and the local community.
Our portfolio consists of a large number of properties across the UK and caters to a variety of sectors. As well as popular and unique retail & leisure destinations, we manage several newly built high-end office buildings in established and fast-growing business hubs. The successful candidate for this Property Manager position will work in conjunction with others to deliver a market leading property and asset management service to our client’s portfolio across London and the home counties.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has a practical understanding of day-to-day commercial property management ideally complimented with MRICS or equivalent qualifications. You will need to be customer service driven, a strong communicator with good leaderships and client management skills.
