Associate – Property Management
Location: Birmingham
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Surveyor or Associate to come and join our Asset Services team based in our Birmingham office.
This role will see you become responsible for managing a number of high-profile Investor accounts. Your will be involved in all aspects of client service delivery, with a focus advising on opportunities to maintain and enhance the performance of the property investments.
A “hands on” proactive approach, with a clear focus on customer service, market leading ESG performance, wellness, and activation.
You will have previous experience working in a Senior Property Manager role, dealing with complex and multi-use properties, experience within retail, office or industrial is key. You will be someone who has an appetite for business development, cross selling with our internal local and national teams.
Account management is key, so you will be someone who has successful track record of working closely with senior stakeholders, and exceptional communication and a proactive approach identifying asset management opportunities.
You will act as a point of contact for integrating service platform for the client, as well as ensuring that accounting practices are sound and consistently applied.
Providing general and financial information required for other members of the management team to make informed decisions and to carry out their operating responsibilities.
Key knowledge and qualifications:
* Membership of RICS or equivalent level qualification desirable
* Commercial property management and property management systems experience
* Knowledge of H&S regulations in relation to commercial property management
