Job Description
We have a number of positions in our Regional Occupier Advisory team to work with our Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Occupier Clients across Asia Pacific.
The role provides real estate portfolio analysis, strategy recommendations and real estate services to enable corporate occupiers to manage and leverage their real estate footprint, with particular industry focus on industrial, energy, and financial clients.
Ideal candidate profile:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the following fields: commercial leasing, valuation, consulting, workplace, law, accounting
- Excellent communications skills; entailing presentations, speaking, written, client engagement
- Ability to undertake financial analysis of both leases and owned properties
- Understanding of leases, commercial contracts
- Self-starter, independence, accountable, creative
- Able to create exceptional PowerPoint presentations
Candidates will be hired at Manager or Associate Director level based on experience level.
