Job Description Summary

The Sustainability & ESG Services platform delivers advisory; certification; reporting; and asset optimization services for Cushman & Wakefield’s clients. This will be a key position within our Asia Pacific Sustainability & ESG services team. The role will support planning, delivery, and administration of the Asia Pacific Sustainability & ESG platform as directed by the Asia Pacific Head of Sustainability & ESG Services.
This role will source, support and coordinate new regional Sustainability & ESG business opportunities and project delivery with a focus on, but not exclusively, clients based in Singapore that have regional opportunities. The role will work closely with other Sustainability & ESG colleagues and Cushman & Wakefield service lines across Asia Pacific as a Sustainability & ESG advisory expert.

Job Description

• Supporting the marketing, delivery, and growth of the Asia Pacific Sustainability & ESG platform
• Work alongside service lines, business development and marketing teams to pursue regional opportunities; provide sustainability & ESG expertise; maintain existing client relationships; and assist on developing client solutions
• Responsible for triaging and coordinating regional client requests, business development responses, and ongoing Sustainability & ESG service delivery of regional assignments and initiatives
• Engage with C&W and client stakeholders to develop and roll out Sustainability and ESG strategies
• Support coordination of C&W’s Corporate sustainability program, including regional level planning, data collection, reporting and program roll-out, acting as a conduit between countries and region
• Act as a conduit between countries, regions, and clients for select regional assignments
• Set up and coordinate client meetings, including administrative tasks such as taking minutes and preparing presentation materials
• Support regional platform administration:
  • Act as a conduit to C&W businesses, filtering and directing sustainability queries in region and in country
  • Work with Sustainability & ESG teams to track and update pipeline in CRM tool
• Work as an integrated, informed, effective, and positive member of our Cushman & Wakefield team in relation to but not limited to safety, culture, administrative policies and procedures, systems of work, delivery, knowledge building, learning and development.

Key Capabilities & Skills

• A strong interest in Sustainability & ESG issues and trends is desirable
• At least 3 years demonstrated experience in sustainability and ESG in the Real Estate industry strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in project, team, or platform coordination
• Excellent project planning, coordination, management, and organisational skills to support the prioritisation of workload and deliverables
• Demonstrated understanding and use of positive stakeholder management approaches
• Works independently, uses initiative and exercises sound judgment
• Displays a “can-do” and solution focused attitude
• Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Should possess good commercial acumen and understand P&L management
• Ability to ensure profitability of services delivered
• Experience managing budgets
