Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for land business in the assigned location/region.
- Identify new business opportunities in the area of land.
- Plan and execute assignment/s. May take control, documentation and issues pertaining to the project/s
- Review & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.
- Gather information through research; understand clients need and their business, provide timely responses to and listed timely responses from clients. Track purposes in appropriate databases.
- Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.
- Prepare reports on a(n) entity’s/property’s financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions
- Interact with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/information
- Provides technical guidance to co-workers/sub-ordinates.

We are looking for someone who understands & knows about land supply & demand, has deep connects with landlords & comes with an experience of 8-10 years.
