We are currently seeking a seasoned AM/FM practitioner to join us as an Asset Management Analyst. This is an ideal next step for an individual who has been working within a Facilities/Asset Management environment, who wants to develop their Asset Management expertise.

You will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge base, analytical skills, and reporting ability within one of the world’s leading property companies. You will work across all areas of the business maintaining our asset management function. You will have responsibility for capturing, maintaining, and reporting on client assets to provide our large and diverse clientele with added value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Coordination of asset register information, including reviewing and revising asset condition and lifespan as advised by contract or facilities managers.

• Create and maintain Planned Maintenance schedules monthly.

• Ensure ERP system is maintained and up to date with all client asset information, retrieved from Planned Maintenance documentation and various asset captures.

• Asset Data Management pertaining to new, disposal or refurbishment of assets.

• Supporting Cushman & Wakefield reporting requirements through the provision of robust and accurate asset and scheduled maintenance information.

• Support operational staff to ensure consistency of reporting and asset information (based on NAMS).

• Prepare benchmark reporting and comparisons.

• Assist with Performance Matrix development and reporting.

• Support monthly internal contract reviews with effective asset data.

• Project work relating to data migration and process improvement.

• Delivery of Planned Maintenance and Asset Management responsibilities in a timely manner.

• Champion the ongoing development of asset management processes, systems, performance criteria as part of the ISO 55001 accreditation.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of two years’ experience within in the property or facilities management industry.

• The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• Sound knowledge of effective asset management.
• Experience with data migration and analysis.
• Ability to multitask, pre-plan and meet deadlines is essential.
• Working knowledge of Asset Management software packages, such as JDE or SAP is highly desirable.
