APAC Salesforce Data & Reporting LeadJob Description Summary
As the Salesforce Data & Reporting Lead, you will have experience working with salesforce data and delivering data and report related items in Agile environment.In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing data and reporting requests, data analyses, data visualizations, dashboards, and business intelligence outputs.
Review any data related user stories and translating that into technical solutions, documenting business reporting requirements, and solution design, gate keeper for all salesforce business data and acting as a conduit between business teams and the technical delivery team.
An advanced understanding of data will enable you to play a key role in the delivery of projects to improve functionality, deliver data insights within large enterprise environment.
You will be working with a dynamic team within an Agile environment, and strong communication/interpersonal skills are required.
Job Description
Responsibilities
* Perform data analysis and advise improvements based on data
* Responsible for all data, data analysis, reporting and dashboard user stories and/or requests
* Work with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design future state reports
* Review any data related user stories, ensuring business requirement is captured and understood, with acceptance criteria and user personas
* Responsible for business intelligence and data visualization requests as they relate to Salesforce data
* Be responsible for the data governance and ensure reporting quality, accuracy, and relevance.
* Be responsible for committing and completion of data and reporting related user stories
* Define reporting requirements across clients, sales, properties, and billings, including across multiple countries and service lines for delivery using Salesforce and/or BI tools such as Tableau (TCRM)
* Create meaning data insights using Salesforce, Einstein, CRM Analytics/ TCRM, Power BI or similar
* Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to design and implementation of the Salesforce system
Accountabilities
* Ensuring all data reporting and dashboard requirements are completed on time and in accordance with process
* Accountable for all APAC data reporting, analysis, insights, and visualizations requests
* Accountable for all APAC reporting user stories
* Accountable for the data governance practices in region and participate in global data governance committees
Requirements
* An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment
- Ability to interpret user data and data needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experience in end-to-end delivery of operational and management reporting across a salesforce implementation
- Demonstrated experience liaising with subject matter experts, understanding of reporting processes, developing operational reports and reconciliation reports to enable business reporting self-service

- Be an advocate for the Salesforce CRM system.

2+ years’ experience working in business intelligence and data visualization
2+ years’ Salesforce experience
An understanding of Salesforce development in an agile environment
Advanced understanding of data
1.6. Qualifications & Technical Skills
Salesforce Certified
Experience using Salesforce & Tableau (TCRM) a distinct advantage
Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery of operational and management reporting across a salesforce implementation
Experience working on custom end-to-end SFDC and CRM projects
Experience creating salesforce reports and dashboards
Experience in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Power Query
