Analytics Developer
PROPERTY NAME: Regional Office – Denver, CO
Reporting to the Director of Performance Management, Asset Services Americas, the designer will help manage and be responsible for the upkeep and development of warehouse data to generate reports on financial and market intelligence aiding in business performance, influencing business decisions, and supporting margin improvement.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Define and develop BI dashboards including business metrics and performance indicators that drive action and insights
Prepare updates and presentations to key stakeholders, Senior Leadership and Executive management on the delivery of the data and analytics roadmap
Oversee the development of reporting systems that deliver accessible information for decision-making
Interpretation and translation of business needs into practical application
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Utilization of visualization tools to properly convey data needs
Job Requirements
5+ years of relevant work experience in Financial and Analytical roles
Expertise in SQL, SSRS, Python, Power BI, and Cognos
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience with data visualization, automation, warehousing, and extraction techniques. Comfort with large complex internal/external data sets
Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
Project management skills to move projects/tasks forward
