Job Description
Post ADP/ NGA journal templates to JDE
* Resolve JDE errors
* Communicate salary analysis file with key stakeholders
* Reconcile bank payments with payroll journals and resolve any missing information
* Prepare payroll tax file and related analytics
* Prepare payroll GL recs
* Prepare bonus and AL/ LSL journals
* Carrying out trend analysis of costs
* Follow instructions and templates
* Identify prepaid expenses and amortize, missing vendor invoice and accrue
* Document GL reconciliations and supporting information
* Journal sign on bonus and amortization
* Prepare accruals
* Prepare payroll tax reconciliation in PWC format
