Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield are seeking an Analyst to join our Industrial & Logistics team in Perth. The analyst will be responsible for supporting the senior members of the team across a broad range of analytical and marketing functions across the local Brokerage and Capital Market sectors. This includes collecting and collating market intelligence and evidence at a state level and analysing the data to provide useful market insights for our market leading team.
This role sits within our Commercial Real Estate division.

Job Description

You will also be responsible for:

• Search background information such as property Certificates of Title, plans, location maps, images, floor plans etc; as directed to create new property opportunities and build internal databases
• Background ownership searches and assisting in identifying sale or leasing opportunities
• Use of web based programs such as Property One, ASIC, Dunn & Bradstreet, RP Data etc to source relevant information for Agents
• Collect, collate and analyse property sales and leasing evidence at a state level across the brokerage and capital markets sectors
• Maintain property, company and contact records via various databases
• Maintain vacancy, sales and leasing databases via communication with external agencies and market tracking
• Undertake property level cashflow modelling, and basic rental and capital value assessments
• Write and produce property summaries reports for selling and leasing opportunities
• Produce advertising budgets and draft material for marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the creation of best in class pitch and proposal documents for major assets
• Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, new proposals, electronic filing, information memorandums, brochures and listings

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong database management skills
• Degree qualified in property related discipline
• The position will suit someone who has come from an Assistant Valuer or Valuer background
• Ambitious and pro-active team player looking to elevate their career in commercial real estate
• Understanding of key commercial/industrial property value drivers
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
