Administrative Assistant / HR Field Representative

Overview:

If you demonstrate strong administrative and organizational skills and love variety in your job, then apply now for our Administrative Assistant opening. Based out of our Denver Corporate office we are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented professional to perform a variety of administrative duties.

Duties Include:

• HR Field representative for the region; conducting new hire orientations and assisting with general HR inquiries.
• Mailings, answering phones, including responding to Customer/Resident calls and ratings and reviews. Coordinate volunteer activities, recognition events and culture club
• General office administrative duties and maintenance.
• Coordinate and prepare travel, conference attendance, on and off-site meetings, workshop materials, and resources.
• Track and process bills and invoices; preparing expense reports.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, Associates or BA Degree preferred.
• Strong customer service background desired.
• Experience in Property Management a big plus.
• Spanish-English bilingual is a big plus.
• Previous office experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, MS Word and Excel, excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
