Administrative Assistant
Overview:
AMLI Residential seeks an energetic, detail-oriented professional to support a high-level executive in various support and administrative functions. This role is actively involved in an array of companywide special projects and will work closely with AMLI’s leadership team. Additionally, the position will coordinate with the company’s other support staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Support business operations with ongoing activities and various special projects
- Coordinate ongoing process improvement award program
- Event planning & coordination for the annual leadership conference
- Create and edit MS Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and organizational charts
- Coordinate and prepare CEO’s (and other senior executives as necessary) travel arrangements
- Maintain CEO’s daily calendar schedule and prepare a weekly leadership calendar
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly conference calls for CEO; participate in meetings/conference calls and provide timely summaries and follow-up items.
- Manage and handle escalated resident phone calls, as well as online reputation management
- Provide leadership and direction for Administrative Assistants/HR Field Representatives
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must possess 3-5 years of high-level administrative experience, proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, and interpersonal and customer service skills. College degree preferred, HS degree required.
Must demonstrate excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills to be considered. Professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, work well independently, handle multiple projects and prioritize workflow are essential. Excellent organizational skills are required. Property Management/Real Estate experience is a plus.
