Administrative Assistant
Overview:
If you demonstrate excellent administrative skills, apply now for our Administrative Assistant opening at our Corporate Office in Addison. We seek a detail-oriented professional to perform various administrative duties to support our Development/Construction and Operations teams.
Duties Include:
- Maintain daily calendar schedules
- Create and edit MS Excel spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, Word documents and organizational charts
- Coordinate executive’s travel arrangements & expense reports
- Prepare daily weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using various reporting platforms for numerous functions/subjects
- Coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly conference calls as needed, including reserving conference rooms; participate and meetings/conference calls and provide timely summaries and follow up items
- Assist with corporate office support
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or GED) required Associates or BA Degree preferred.
- Previous office experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office products, MS Word, and Excel, excellent verbal/written communication, and customer service skills.
