Accounts Specialist (Resident Services Manager)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The accounts specialist will support the operations of UK Campus Housing and will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Handles accounts payable process
- Establishes vendor relationships and maintains accounts and files
- Ensures that all student accounts are maintained in the database
- Verifies and balances data on a regular basis to ensure accuracy
- Assists with billings to accounts with proper record keeping
- Assists in the development of office staff and maintains a positive interaction with residents
- Continually maintains and reviews all proper filing systems
- Assists in general administrative support as needed by management
- Other duties as identified by EdR and UK
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1-3 years business related experience
- Familiarity with database systems such as AMSI, SAP, StarRez, Yardi
- Database entry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with general administrative support functions
- Strong documentation skills and an ability to work independently
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary. Once eligible, team members may participate in the 401k plan. Regular, full-time team members are also offered a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits from which to choose.
