The Accounts Receivable Officer is a key role within the Finance team in the PSC and helps to ensure that all corporate and client invoices are raised within deadlines and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
About the Role:
The AR Officer is responsible for :
Generating invoices and billings and responding to queries relating to invoices
Generating receivables charges based on the following format:
-Manual Invoice Requests from Sales and Leasing, Global Occupier and Asset Services Teams
-Assisting with Recurring & Urgent Revenue Rent Rolls
-Manual Credit Requests, maintaining credit register and queries relating to invoices/credits
Monthly and Adhoc Reporting of Statement of Accounts
Ensure compliance with internal control structures
The role requires individuals who are experienced with Accounts Receivable process, ideally within a property services finance function on the JDE E1 platform.
About you:
Experience with JDE Accounts Receivable beneficial,
1+ years’ experience in Finance Admin role required,
1+ years’ experience in AR role preferred,
High proficiency in MS Excel,
Excellent attention to detail,
Effective communication skills (written and verbal),
Ability to manage stakeholders to achieve goals,
Ability to understand systems and data issues,
Ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines
