We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Team in Auckland. This role will provide support to the Shared Services Department of Cushman & Wakefield New Zealand.

This role is focused on the full end to end Accounts Receivable Function. You will be interacting with stakeholders across our business and with our valued customers. You must have strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable. You will need to have a high customer focus, good working attitude and a positive and friendly personality. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Full Accounts Receivable function
  • Payment allocation and receipting
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Reconciliation of Debtors and bank accounts
  • Preparation and Distribution of Debtors statements and reports
  • Data base management
  • Internal and external customer engagement
  • Prepare invoicing and client reports
  • Any other adhoc tasks

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Understanding the complete Accounts Receivable function
  • Credit Control experience
  • Strong reconciliation experience
  • Accurate and efficient data entry and mathematical skills
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar with ERP and business systems, such as JDE or similar
  • Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
  • Self-discipline and good organisation and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently
