Role summary:
Process all invoices and settle all payments in due course relating to the validated operational costs of the properties occupied by Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS clients in order to enable them to prevent any additional funding or penalty costs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Minimise invoice volumes awaiting approval or being queried in the P2P system
- Invoice postings to Property Management & Accounting systems
- Update and maintain Accounts Payable ledgers
- Manage payment runs
- Accounts Payable query management with internal and external parties
- Regular monthly reporting
- Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents
Your profile:
- BSc/MSc degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
- At least 3-6 months of experience in Finance processing or real estate operation experience in international environment or relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Intermediate MS Office
- Team player with very positive, communicative attitude
- Very good analytical mindset
- Flexibility during times of change
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Driven by meeting challenges and exceeding targets
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Intermediate MS Office
