Account Management Senior AnalystJob Description Summary
A full-time role within Cushman & Wakefield’s Occupier Management Team to fulfil the contractual requirements towards the company’s clients by providing an accurate view of our client global real estate portfolio and help improve its efficiency on a day to day basis.Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing corporate property lease data and maintenance of property databases on a frequent basis
- Comply with all client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls
- Production of database reports as required
- Presentation of regular and ad-hoc reports to internal and external parties
- Acting as a first point of contact for Lease Administration related tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of standard and ad hoc reporting
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Great problem solving and communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year data management / administration experience at international level
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English language knowledge, German is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and coordinating skills
- Able to follow processes and controls
