Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage 72,716 apartment units in 21 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2023). In addition, Monarch’s ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO. Our principals are highly experienced in all facets of real estate acquisition/disposition, management, and financing.
We are more than just a broker and more than just a property management company. We research, acquire, own, operate and maintain all of our properties. During due diligence we are onsite; to inspect the physical plant, review all leasing history and current operations, and scrutinize the property to our own high standards. We are personally invested and highly motivated to maintain high occupancy rates and effectively manage properties.
