From our humble Brooklyn roots, MAXX Properties has grown to encompass 39 communities consisting of 9,156 owned multifamily units in seven states and an additional 1,004 cooperative units in New York. Now under the fourth generation of Wiener family’s stewardship, and guided by a leadership team with deep and diversified experience, MAXX is able to seek out the best offerings and to invest in value-add opportunities in our core markets.
