Apartment Association Of Tarrant County

Leadership

Our volunteer leaders make all the difference.

Who We Are

The Apartment Association of Tarrant County is a not-for-profit trade association created in 1967 for the purpose of supporting the business interests of multi-housing owners, managers, and related vendor-partners throughout a 9-county region of north-central Texas including Erath, Hood, Jack, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise counties. AATC is an independent 501 C-6 org as well as a closely affiliated partner with the Texas Apartment Association in Austin TX and the National Apartment Association in Alexandria VA. We currently represent over 1,800 members that own, manage, and or provide products and services for over 230,000 apartment homes.

Our Mission

The Apartment Association of Tarrant County inspires those we represent with a commitment to award-winning education curricula, exemplary public advocacy initiatives, effective communication mediums, and a diverse
network of forums for business exchange – each designed to define our marketplace.

Why Join AATC?

The Apartment Association of Tarrant County’s purpose is to facilitate the business development of the multifamily industry and to use the tools and resources available to us to minimize the impact of government overreach that can affect your bottom line.
