Specializing in higher quality properties in Louisiana and Mississippi, 1st Lake Properties apartment complexes are operated under the 1st Lake Properties management division. 1st Lake Properties, Inc. Our Property Management Team 1st Lake employs approximately 350 people to oversee the daily activities associated with property management.
