registration and agree to ApartmentCareers.com's®
terms and conditions to create a private online
account for job posting. Account login and
password quickly and easily allows employers to
securely post and manage their
jobs.

 Several days before a job listing is
scheduled to expire, employers receive an email
with the option to re-post for an additional cycle
or allow the job to expire as scheduled. Job
expiration occurs
automatically.

 Job detail screens include the
employer's logo (When available), company profile,
a link to all of the company's job listings, and a
link to the company's web site. (which opens a new
non-navigable browser
window.)
|
 Each company may have multiple users
(Recruiters) and security level functionality for
job and candidate management.
|
 The form doesn't limit the length of
the job description, and includes dynamically
builds a "job location" list. Employers can
preview their job listings prior to posting and
utilize HTML tags if desired to enhance their
listing.
|
 Each job listing can include
specific desired skills questions that are
weighted by level of proficiency and years of
experience. Applicants can be required to respond
to job skills questions and automatically ranked
as a percentage "fit".

 Each recruiter can search, edit,
refresh, copy, and delete their job listings. Job
views and candidate traffic are also available
online.
|
 System Job seeker applications are
delivered to the employer via email and include
the skills matching percentage, a cover letter,
text resume and any other documents the candidates
chose to submit.
|
 Employers can access resume
searching via their employer account. The resume
database consists of registered job seekers that
have submitted their resume to the resume database
as either "public" (full response) or
"confidential" (identity and contact information
withheld). A confidential submission means that an
employer can only contact the applicant by using a
"blind" email.

 When employers receive online
applications for their jobs, the resumes are
stored in a separate searchable database that can
be searched via the employer
account.
|
 Employers can establish different
resume criteria for posted positions. When new
resumes are placed into the system that meet the
required criteria, employers are notified via
e-mail.

 Employer accounts offer job
management information including number of views
each job receives, number of applications
submitted, and jobs posting and closing
dates.

 Lookup
Online login/password reminder system will email
forgotten login/password information upon
confirmation of email
address.
