ApartmentCareers.comŪ is a FREE service for job seekers in the Apartment Industry. ApartmentCareers.comŪ allows job seekers to search all the jobs listed within the site or refine the search by their own criteria.

Job Seeker Options
ApartmentCareers.ComŪ allows job seekers to choose how they want to access the jobs database. Searches can be initiated by a 'Quick Search" (keyword only), by choosing to "View All Jobs", and/or by using an advanced search engine with multiple criteria. All job results lists allow the job seeker to "drilldown" within results to further refine their results without the need to start over again.
Search Engine Options
Standard job search criteria include: keyword, job category, type of job, job level, state/country location, job posting date, and date range of job posting.
Personal Search Agent
Multiple job search agents (Notify Me!) can be established at the job seekers discretion without the need for the job seeker to register. Job seekers receive email notification when new jobs match their chosen criteria.
Job Seeker Networking
"Tell a Friend" application enables a job seeker to send job information to other individuals via an automated email system. Emails include a link to the particular job detail at Apartmentcareers.com.
Resume Database Enrollment
Registered job seekers can submit their resume to the resume database in a "public" (full resume and contact information) or "confidential" (Identity and contact information withheld) capacity. A confidential submission means an employer can only contact the applicant using a "blind" email.
Job Seeker Options
Job seekers create their own confidential account when they apply for a job or submit their resume to the resume database. The job seeker account stores their contact information, cover letter, text resume, and any additional resumes or documents chosen by the job seeker.
Job Seeker Selling Tools
Job seekers can upload up to 3 original format resumes or other documents of any type (Word file, PowerPoint, video files, photos, etc.). these documents are stored in their job seeker account, and can be sent to prospective employers when applying for a job. Uploaded documents are scanned for viruses and immediately deleted if a virus is found.
Job Seeker Administration
This area allows a job seeker to view the dates and corresponding names of all companies for which he or she has submitted an application. Information will also be displayed to the job seeker that indicates whether the position is still open. This area also allows for the management fo stored documents (resumes etc.) that are submitted with applications.
Login and Password Lookup
Online login/password reminder system will email forgotten login/password information upon confirmation of email address.
Job Seeker Account Security
When a job seeker has been inactive for an hour, they will be automatically logged out of their account to prevent another individual from using their computer and gaining access to their account information.
